Peace through astonishment
Today I will spend more time looking around at people and the world around me. I will stand and learn to be astonished. There are good and bad things to be astonished at. I think I'll look for the good things. Grow peace.

Then another time I'll be astonished at something bad, get a fire lit under me, and do something about it. Grow peace.
