Peace in difficult times.
The last few weeks have been difficult. Unsure of our son's health. Unsure of what we can do to help. Unsure of doctors' advice.
In the car yesterday I was confused and worried -- as I've been for some weeks. Then I heard a song by "Casting Crowns" called "Praise you in this Storm."
No matter where I am
And every tear I've cried
You hold in your hand
You never left my side
I pictured Jesus beside me in the car with his hands catching my tears as I drove. It reminded me where my source is. In all my hard times, God has been here beside me no matter where I am. Why do I forget that?
God is there for my son. Both sons. God will always be there with them.
Tomorrow
my action is to praise God for all.
