Care for others, and care for yourself.
Get your oxygen mask on before you help another to get hers on. The analogy is not perfect, but as we care for others, let's remember that we are worthy of care too.
Today a neighbor gave us pounds of meat and vegetables -- extra that he thought we could use. I'll use a lot to make freezer meals for us, but I'm going to pass it on too. My action for tomorrow is to give a cooked dinner to someone we know. (OK OK OK .... this is hardly as dramatic as David Bowie and Freddie M were singing about. Some days these ideas are better than others...)
