"God's Heart"--Nicholas, age 3

“The moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”

-- Goethe and W. H. Murray

Commit to eating McDonalds only once a week month.
OK. Really you could commit to much loftier goals. Seriously, most of us have experienced a time when we really do commit and everything falls into place. Pray, be bold in faith, and watch the hands of God work.

It's really cool when you can see God working through your actions. I'd like to see that right now in my life, but I'll be patient. Or maybe I just need to look harder and see it's happening now.
