Create peace through praise
Parents have hard work. If you're married, it can be shared. On days when chores never seem to end, I think of all the single parents out there whose dedication and singlehanded efforts make my small grumblings seem pretty lame. Know a single parent? Praise them. Make their load a little lighter with your words, or better yet, your action.
