Peace in thankfulness and recognition.
Say "thank you" to someone today. Write a note or call the person to tell them why you like what they did or what they gave you (material or otherwise). After you do, notice the feeling you have and recognize the feeling you gave someone else. Think about the person you're thanking and recognize that they thought of you first.
